Thank you for purchasing from Smile (Aust) Pty Ltd.

Under our Return Policy, you can return any NON SALE items you purchase on www.spreadthesmile.com.au within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange or refund (excl. shipping) if goods:

• are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Faulty Merchandise

If an item is verified as defective or does not match description of product when received, or becomes faulty at first instance through no fault of your own, we will either refund or exchange the item as requested. 

For our quality control purposes, it is required that you return the faulty DVD to our returns address: PO BOX 7282 Bondi Beach New South Wales AU 2026.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spreadthesmile.com.au and send your item to: PO BOX 7282 Bondi Beach New South Wales AU 2026.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@spreadthesmile.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, once we receive your returned DVD copy, you will not be liable for any further delivery charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All shipping is through Australia Post.
Within Australia, using the Express Post & Parcel Post options for delivery includes a tracking number feature.
Internationally, ONLY our Pack and Track option for shipping features a tracking number.

NOTE: STANDARD INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST IS WITHOUT TRACKING AND GOES THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST. IT IS NOT ONLINE TRACEABLE. YOUR ORDER SHOULD APPEAR IN ABOUT 1 TO 3 WEEKS AFTER WE SHIP IT. KEEP IN MIND IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION AND YOUR PACKAGE GOES MISSING, WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE.
