Our workouts are fun, low impact and can be done seated or standing. We've made our programs for everyone to enjoy! We've taken feedback from people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to develop our workouts, keep them low impact and easy on your body and joints.

Even though our programs are low impact on your body, it doesn't mean they're low impact on calories. We like to say, low impact but high energy! Burn those pounds away wether your sitting or standing. Tailor your workout and take it at your own pace.
